Tilt 360 Coaching Techniques™
DESCRIPTION This 2-day, instructor-led workshop is designed to enhance the skills of experienced
business and executive coaches in promoting the development of character strengths in leaders.
The program begins with a brief review of the Tilt 360 Leadership Predictor™, a multi-rater feedback instrument
founded on the Tilt model of leadership, as a basis for identifying leader strengths and development needs.
The program then covers the process of development planning based on an interpretation of the Tilt 360 assessment results and moves
into an in-depth treatment of effective coaching approaches to create change in each of the four quadrants (Meta-Factors) in the Tilt model.
This course is a pre-requisite for becomming a Tilt Preferred Provider.
