From Multiple Visions to Collaborative Identity
Course Overview Phase 1:
This two-day course provides practical and theoretical lessons in leadership skills for all managers and leaders in today’s global economy which is constantly changing. It provides an introduction to leadership principles and focuses on two of our competencies: Resilience and Collaboration. The intact team version uses a team profile in phase one, otherwise only individual profiles are used. Every program takes into consideration the readiness and needs of the participants and no one workshop is exactly the same Wherever possible the program is designed to address solutions to existing corporate issues.
At the end of Phase 1, participants will have:
- Articulated their own unique foundation of values and beliefs
- Practiced incorporating their own personal visions into a collaborative identity
- Developed a shared vision of an outcome that the group chooses to create
- A new basis from which to involve and engage others

This is for organizations or teams emerging in “Real Time”
Course Overview Phase 2
This three day course provides the next steps from planning a strategic direction and vision and incorporating it into a broader, more inclusive perspective. The focus of day one and two is on the two competencies: Strategy and Engagement. A third day is offered at a separate time and addresses the competency: Creates. Phase Two is specifically designed for intact teams and focuses around a key and critical issue for the team. The selected project must identify a clear collaborative outcome. This is often in relation to M & A’s but may be true for the combing or merging of any team or department. The final day is spent looking at the sustainability of the project and results.
At the end of Phase 2, participants will have:
- Completed a SWOT analysis for their teams
- Understand the principles of power and systems
- Developed a communications strategy for their team’s project
- Assessed the progress towards a collaborative and engaged workforce
- Practiced engaging teams and stakeholders in alignment with the new identity
