The Identity Simulation Our 2Ω days global leadership development program is designed to provide the Executive Management Team with a new core competency: Effective Merger ManagementThrough an experiential interactive Gap Analysis process, the Executive Management Team will be able to assess it's readiness for designing an effective PMI. This will be followed by a full day of integrated learning using our proprietary The Identity Simulation(TM). Here the Executive Team experiences what happens in a merger implementation and reviews the "lessons learned". They are then able to integrate the knowledge back into the team before designing an integrated merger process. It prepares stakeholders to fully appreciate the crucial business issues and understand the 5 Critical Factors necessary to establish a collaborative leadership environment. This leads to an in-depth examination of how to actually create a Culture of Engagement through the use of our comprehensive 7 Step Process. With this exercise, we co-develop the elements for an effective 100 Day Plan for rapid integration.
