1-Focus International recognizes that each organization and each person is unique and therefore different strategies may be necessary in order to engage and achieve the desired results.  We believe that each individual is an expert.  We also recognize that the best solutions are derived from the synergistic knowledge of an organization’s stakeholders.  To this end, we have developed a series of programs that address these needs as well as minimize the emotional stress of change, thereby creating vibrant and healthy organizations.  After a minimum one year program, organizations have engaged their people and achieved exceptional results.  In a short period of time, employees align themselves with the corporate identity and leaders gain comfort in effectively enabling sustainable change.  Each program is co-designed with the client to meet their specific needs and culture.
