Step 3

Evaluation of Current Reality

Using your clear vision and mission statement we will take inventory of what you have right now – what are your strengths, your weaknesses and what are potential improvement points to reach your vision.

From this we can establish a clear picture of your current reality, including internal and external factors like economic and market trends and forecasts. At the end of this step we will have a clear base-line from which to move ahead to the future.

A structured list and questions will help in the process of rating your company. Once the group has finished this process a final review is done, outlining areas of strength and suggestions for improvement.

The final report is then presented to senior management and used to clarify the vision further and begin to set a strategy in place.
