Step 2

Giving Your Vision Life

Once a clear vision is developed from the executive suite (CEO, Managing Director, President), it is time to get others involved. Usually, this begins with the Management Board or Board of Directors. Later, this process is followed up with the Senior Staff and finally spread down to the corporation as a whole (Step 4).

The goal of step 2 is to begin to create a common, shared picture of the future. This is achieved by involvement, clarity and the expansion of the vision and it's ownership at the management level. Most importantly, it will drive the vision outward and downward, building more and more momentum as it grows.
