Inner Spirit Leadership (ISL) Program
Our ISCL Program is a comprehensive four-fold holistic approach that involves assessment, real time change, skills development and coaching. The Inner Spirit Leadership (ISL) Program brings together off site training and online forums which is coupled with the ongoing support of professional leadership coaching (link to e/ccoaching3.php). We help create effective leaders who can sustain an integrated M & A environment. 1-Focus International does this by providing experiences that are congruent with the participant and their current organization by:
- Co-designing the content and program
- Benchmarking where the system is and where it can be
- Tackling real issues through large scale change initiatives
- Creating personal and unified visions
- Gaining experience that can be immediately applied
- Achieving tangible results
In addition to the core program, we have created a series of training modules that augment the skills and competencies required to accelerate the necessary change to occur over the shortest period possible while acknowledging the natural process of adjustment and integration. The Core ISCL Program consists of five days. Each day covers one of the five competencies delivered in a format the meets the organization’s needs. While the program can be divided up into its separate components, the training is part of a broader program that includes our 360 degree feedback process and one-on-one coaching . As we work with our clients, we have also identified other skills that leaders need in order to enhance the five core competencies and their ability to enable effective action. To assist leaders in their skills development, we have designed stand alone workshops including:
