Corporate and Management Experience
Leen draws on more than 15 years of experience as a coach, trainer, and development consultant. She has worked in international companies in different HR functions and providing training and coaching services in a wide variety of settings. She is a founder of The Coaching Square bvba, a company providing coaching services to leaders in business. Her commitment to excellence in coaching has led to her founding the Coaching Association Belgium where she was its managing director. Leen is also the founder of a Certified Personal Coach program in Belgium. A belief in balance in mind-body learning has led her to work in integrated learning projects and team coaching programs.
