1-Focus uses the private label site of Assssments Now for The Platinum Rule™ Behavioral Style Assessment created by Tony Alessandra, Phd.  His initial work on The Platinum Rule was an outgrowth of the research of D. W. Merrill and R. H. Reid in Personal Styles and Effective Performance.  We chose this tool for its ease of use and team development capacity. Assessments Now has invested to make this totally suitable for organizational settings and it is the only site that allows access to the instrument online in four languages (English, French, German and Swedish).
