We are constantly amazed at how similar some of the experiences our readers are having around mergers and rapid growth.  We have been fortunate to find out ‘first hand” and in some instances “second-hand” interesting observations regarding these cases. We have written about the new challenges of blending Air France and KLM and we are planning on commenting on the failure of Daimler-Benz and Chrysler.  But what about you?
