Interventions and our 7-Step Process

Historically change interventions have required up to five years to take hold within an organization.  Today’s changing environment especially in the new era of M & A’s makes this untenable.  We expect clear implementation and all targets met in one to two years, depending on the size and scale of the change needed.  A new cultural identity and cross-cultural alignment will emerge that is integrated across the various parts of the organization.

This involves an integrative approach for systems and processes that is both collaborative and engaging for the employees and leaders.  Often a piece-meal approach is adopted and outcomes are short lived or counter-productive.  Using a strategy that interconnects the activities under one umbrella, not only are results seen more quickly but the whole system grows and is able to sustain itself in an integrated environment.

The 7-Step Process is a holistic transformation process that focuses on cultural development based on organization strengths and builds competitive advantage. It utilizes the inner knowledge of the organization to establish best practice and supporting structures. The process incorporates a breath of collaborative and large scale approaches, including Systems Theory, NLP, Shared Visioning, Future Search, Open Space Technology, Stress Management Theories, Systemics, Chaos Theory, Appreciative Inquiry, Goal Setting, and many others.
